The Future of Diversity

Many businesses have publicly committed to fostering environments of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) among their employees. However, as time passes and in light of social unrest, economic uncertainty, corporate tightening, court rulings and legislation, and a strong political climate to dismantle these efforts, the pressure is increasing to hold organizations accountable. While the future of DEI is unknown, this session will provide best practices to align current business practices with the core principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
