Why we are in need of not HealthCare Reform, but a HealthCare REVolution. SPEAKER: ?Cole Rodgers, Consultant; Center of Excellence Practice Leader, McGriff Insurance
Cole’s journey began in the industry as a Benefits Enroller for USAble Life, serving over 80% of employees in city, county, and public education sectors throughout Tennessee. Once ACA was signed into law, he quickly realized the Broker market would be seeking expertise for voluntary benefits, technology, and enrollment, which ultimately landed him at Regions Insurance Group as a Broker/Consultant. Since then, over the past 14 years Cole’s has served large, multi-thousand life self-funded clients primarily focusing on supplemental health benefits, HR technology, and enrollment. Due to his strong track record in helping clients achieve desired results, Cole was named as a National Leader for the Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence, with the strategic focus on developing a market leading team with the mission to empower, equip, and elevate the client and employee experience through transparency, innovation, and attention to results. Cole has been able to achieve the following: ?Grow a collective book of business that has resulted in managing over 300m+ ?in premium that includes core and voluntary benefits; ?successfully launch the McGriff Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence which required him to assemble a sale, and service team, that has resulted into management of over 50m+ in premium in less than 2 years; and shown a strong track record for opening up new offices, establishing trust with his peer producers regarding the VB CoE, and producing real results that includes double-digit growth for their book of business.
