2024 William Cash

William "Bil" Cash, the Director of the Little Rock Area Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, was named the 2024 Arkansas SHRM Friend of the HR Profession.

Bil has demonstrated willingness to listen to HR Professionals' concerns relating to federal EEO laws and legislation affecting the profession. In addition, he regularly provides education to share legal information, best HR practices and explanation on EEOC regulations/laws to avoid and prevent discrimination in the workplace.
