2024 Stuart Jackson

Stuart Jackson, a partner with Wright Lindsey & Jennings, was recipient of the Arkansas SHRM 2024 Russell Gunter Legislative Advocacy Award.

From updating employment policies and HR practices to helping Arkansas employers adjust to a growing workforce of nearly 100,000 Arkansans with active medical marijuana ID cards, Stuart's work in this area has made him the go-to expert for the HR profession. Since the amendment's inception, he has repeatedly educated ARSHRM members on how to manage medical marijuana in the workplace, as well as worked with fellow attorneys and the state chamber on language related to the safety sensitive protections in the workplace.
