2022 Steve Schulte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Steve Schulte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Arkansas SHRM Jim Wilkins Lifetime Achievement recipient. He received his law degree and the Dean's Certificate of Distinguished Service from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. A long-time SHRM volunteer, he has held roles including Arkansas SHRM State Director, CAHRA Chapter President, Legislative Director, and currently serves as ARSHRM Governmental Affairs Director. As owner of FirstStaff, he encourages SHRM volunteerism among his staff, and has financially supported many activities hosted by the Arkansas SHRM organization and its chapters.
