The Arkansas SHRM State Council Human Resources Best Practices Award recognizes an organization that aligns successful HR programs and practices with the company’s business objectives.

The COVID pandemic has affected every industry. It’s especially affected staff retention, and specifically what benefit offerings are valuable to employees in a time of uncertainty and inflation.

Our winner’s mission is to help underserved families and communities grow financially stronger by providing responsible and responsive financial products and financial development tools ranging from credit counseling to public policy advocacy.

They introduced a 1% employee home loan aimed at helping build wealth and increasing financial strength for its employees.

Currently, 96 employees have taken advantage of the program with 96 loans holding a current balance of just over $16.3 million dollars, which represents about 21% of our workforce.
