2018 Kinyata Gray

Kinyata Gray has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2012, quickly promoting up the ranks with her employer from Staff Support Coordinator, to Employment Coordinator, HR Generalist, and now Employee Relations Manager. Noted by supervision as “someone who enjoys learning about our profession either through hands-on experience, networking opportunities, formal classroom training or brainstorming sessions; Going on to say she has “an innate talent for getting to the root cause of an issue and finding creative solutions which make our organization more successful and rewarding for employees.” It has been said that “her tenacity and outgoing attitude are apparent… she amazes everyone with her mature nature, organization, respect and trustworthiness.” Kinyata serves Northeast AR Society of Human Resource Management (NEASHRM) as Director of Communication and is the Director of Legislative Affairs Elect. She currently serves as Young Professionals Director of ARSHRM. She is pursuing her Masters of Business Administration from UCA with a 4.0 GPA.
