2011 Cathleen Hoffman, SPHR

From the get go, Cathleen Hoffman has SERVED and GROWN. On a local level, she has served on the NOARK Board in just about every capacity including President. She took one year off the Board and has come back to serve as Program Chair, WHILE concurrently serving ARSHRM as Professional Development Director, plus is CO-CHAIRING for the 2012 Arkansas State Conference. Cathleen also spearheaded a Diversity Conference in 2009.

Cathleen is the go-to gal for networking and questions for the HR audience in the area. She assists folks to promote HRCI programs outside the normal box! If it is history you want – ask Cathleen – she is dedicated. She has not missed a state conference in the last decade. Plus she goes to National Conferences.

Cathleen has one masters and is obtaining a second masters from John Brown University. In her spare time, Cathleen is devoted to her church! 

In summary, Cathleen is the biggest ADVOCATE of SHRM from LOCAL to STATE to NATIONAL. She believes and serves as no one else!
